MUST to HAVE - Should have knowledge in Micro Focus products. NetIQ Identity Manager.
Prepare and incorporate organizational changes
Maintain IT specific Data (AD Container, Mailbox stores, Home server, …)
Define, create and change objects
(Business Roles, Products, approver…)
Periodical Jour fixes
Maintain Knowledge Base and Documentation
resolves Tickets
Control IDM Queues and Logs
Maintain IDM System
Data consistency checks
Develop and test Emergency procedures to mitigate provisioning errors
Compliance checks
Should have worked in operation support work
Should be good in verbal & written communication in English
