Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including forecasting hiring needs, sourcing talent, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Design and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent.
2. Employee Engagement & Culture Inclusion:
• Ability to handle E2E Onboarding / Induction and employee life cycle.
• Assist Head HR in developing and executing employee engagement programs to foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
• Conduct employee feedback surveys and drive initiatives based on results.
3. Performance Management:
• Assist Head HR in ManagingPerformance Appraisal systems and ensure regular feedback and coaching for employees.
• Assist Head HR in Developing programs for employee recognition, goal setting, and career development.
5. Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and oversee the creation and implementation of training programs.
• Promote leadership development and succession planning.
6. Compensation & Benefits:
• Manage and oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ensure competitive compensation packages.
• Analyse compensation data to ensure equity and market competitiveness.
7. Employee Relations:
• Act as a mediator in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and employment regulations.
8. HR Compliance & Reporting:
• Ensure the company is in compliance with HR regulations, including health and safety standards.
• Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics such as turnover, hiring statistics, and employee satisfaction.
9. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
• Champion DEI initiatives and develop policies to promote a diverse workforce.
• Drive programs that create an inclusive environment for all employees.
10. HR Technology & Systems:
• Oversee the use and optimization of HR software and systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and streamline HR processes through technology.
