Job Description

• Develop and implement a strategic account management plan to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets within the healthcare sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, administrators, and decision-makers.
• Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and pain points in the healthcare industry, and position our company's healthcare solutions as valuable and relevant.
• Act as a subject matter expert on our healthcare solutions, staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and provide consultative advice to clients, identifying opportunities to optimize their healthcare operations and improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and implementation, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and business cases that effectively communicate the value proposition of our healthcare solutions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet their needs and align with company objectives.
• Monitor client satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing any issues or concerns to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare delivery, technology, and patient care to provide innovative solutions and maintain a competitive edge.
