1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement growth strategies to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
o Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market entry strategies, partnerships.
2. Market Analysis and Insights:
o Conduct comprehensive market analysis including Competition strategies /pricing etc to understand competitive landscape.
o Utilize data and insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
3. Business Development:
o Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and suppliers.
o Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships, distribution agreements, and other business development initiatives.
4. Sales and Marketing Oversight:
o Oversee the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and product demand.
o Collaborate with Sales and marketing teams to create effective campaigns and promotional /on ground activities.
o Monitor key operational metrics to track progress and suggest corrective actions as needed.
o Identify training needs and gaps in the Sales Team to address capability issues, if any.
5. Operational Excellence:
o Ensure efficient and effective operational processes to support growth initiatives.
o Continuously evaluate and improve operational performance to enhance Sales team productivity
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of experience in senior management roles within the FMCG/food industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving business objectives. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and develop talent. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
