Complete Drone show operations from planning to live execution.
Lead and manage the pilot and technical team.
Handle client interactions, proposals, and show briefings.
Coordinate logistics, equipment, and regulatory permissions (DGCA/MOCA). Drive business development through new client acquisition, partnerships, and event agencies. Identify and respond to government and corporate tenders. Manage show budgets and overall vertical P&L.
