Analysis of the customer complaint including a warranty with CFT.
ON-TIME submission of action plan/G8D of customer complaint.
Sharing ideas & innovation with customer to enhance customer satisfaction
Responsible for approving deviation with consultation with quality head or either customer as require
Responsible for customer, System & product audit
Responsible for the FTN SIGN OFF from customer in New product & carryover parts.
Responsible for the training & deployment of customer-specific requirements throughout the organization
QRE concern analysis
CFT member of PFMEA & other relevant QMS documentation
Drive process improvement through 5S, Safety & Kaizen
Responsible to drive running product ECN
Co-ordination with sub-supplier for customer concern through purchase & supplier quality
Gauges & fixture, Test rig development for existing & New product parts. Should get involved in New lauches
Should take active participation in internal rejection analysis.
Candidates should be passed BE/ Diploma Engineer / Diploma - Plastic Technology/ CIPET.
