Job Description

• Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health, safety and environmental issues.
• To act as a link between the operator representative and management.
• To take active part during shifting.
• Communicate with account section for releasing the pending party payment related to HSE
• Communicate with purchase section and party for as soon as possible provide the require material for maintenance/Rig site
• Cost Monitoring and reporting
• Ensures integrity and safety of equipments and maintains updated records
• Compliance and maintain record with company's HSSE policy, ISO, SOP, OISD guidelines on day to day basis.
• Weekly Action Tracker report submission to HOD (Every Monday).
• Responsible for Prepare HSE Policy, Standard operating procedures, Annual HSE Plan, Risk Management, Emergency management plan, various checklist, Training matrix And other Site/Client base HSE requirements with ref. of OISD, DGMS & other OSHA Guidelines.
• Periodic visit of Rigs when ever needs or ordered by HOD or Rig Coordinator or Clients to monitor HSE compliance.
• Collect daily HSE Progress report from All Rigs and Workshop & submitting monthly to HOD.
• Over all Rig HSE & fire support to the management.
• Participating In Incident investigations & conducting Third party Training for Rig crew
• PPE Quality selection for site & responsible for Consumption, Inward and Outward records
• Coordinating with client for smooth Rig move & other support.
• Overall HSE In-charge for all Rigs
