• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the branch in India
• Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and building up trust
• Ability to translate customers’ requirements into tailored solutions
• Identify business opportunities within the cloud market and build a robust local network
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies
• Actively collaborate with the company headquarters to integrate the branch into the overall strategy
• Develop local business with partner organizations
• A background in automotive engineering, preferably in the field of data acquisition and analysis, acoustics, noise and vibration testing (NVH) or related disciplines would be a strong plus • At least 5 years of experience in a management position, preferably in an international context • In-depth knowledge of the Indian market and business culture • Strong technical understanding of cloud technologies and services • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of the local languages is a plus • High willingness to travel and intercultural competence • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment
