Job Title: Autorek Development & Test – L1 Developer
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and test the AutoRek financial management solution.
• Develop configuration and code as per requirements.
• Perform unit and end-to-end testing following the testing strategy.
• Participate in peer reviews and support defect investigations during acceptance testing.
• Develop and test remediation releases to address defects and change requests.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Graduate in a technical field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in FinTech, SaaS, or Finance.
• Proven track record of delivering configuration/code on time and within budget.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and change control processes.
• Proficient in MS SQL, especially Azure SQL Database.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Collaborative mindset to work across business areas.
Personal Qualities:
