? Provide guidance, motivation & training to the junior sales team for ensuring optimum
performance and enhancing their professional & soft skills.
? Preparing strategic plans, including budgets and progress reports, territorial
management and analysing customer feedback.
? Identifying and developing new business opportunity, by entering into Tier II and III
towns.
? Identifying new growth opportunity keeping in mind market demographics.
? Providing market feedback on the effectiveness of selling initiatives.
? Ensure self and the team adopts best practices when dealing with schools and
customers.
