• Knowledge of RFQ Study and response.
• Knowledge of Automotive OEM's development milestones & related deliverables to support OEM timely.
• Knowledge of Product DVP Environmental/Electrical/EMC)
• Knowledge of Quality tools
• Knowledge of IATF Audit, and all OEM system Audit Requirement
• Knowledge of ELV & ROSH requirement
• Knowledge of IMDS Requirement
• Knowledge of APQP Time Plan preparation Requirement.
• Knowledge of First event part preparation by Hand or proto tool/fixture.
• Knowledge of preparing APQP docs, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, MSA, SPC, Packaging.
• Knowledge of Process & New Line Development.
• Conduct Supplier and In-house new product and process audit
• Must have knowledge of Measurement tools used for product layout inspection as per 3D or 2D drawing.
• Responsible for sharing new product Do’s and Don’ts, TGR, TGW , MUST & WANT
• Responsible for Master sample preparation and its approval from customer.
• Handle and lead Customer Audits, Track open points until closure.
• Handling of Quality issues related to new product development and maintain history of issues for future programs.
• Supplier and In-House PPVT trial conduct and report preparation. Report open point’s closure to be tracked.
• Maintain every production trials Quality Status Reports and maintain documentation of new product development.
• Experience in New product development Quality & RF Domain/Antenna
