Job Description

Dispatch Planning as per schedule dispatch i.e. Vehicle Plan, FG, document, payment.
Coordinate with Marketing person & internal concern dept for on time dispatch.
Follow up with the transporter for timely placement of the vehicle.
Monitoring of in transit vehicles to report timely at destination.
Preparation of Report & WO compliances.
Monitoring & Schedule Manpower for leading.
Process transporters freight bills & Reconciliation.
Provide pre-dispatch freight bills and Reconciliation.
Freight Provision report.
Prepare MIS & it's PPT to be done before 2nd of every month.
Maintain CFT & Kaizen for safe & timely delivery of goods to the customer.
