• Continuous improvement of product & processes, optimisation
• Technical troubleshooting at shop and site
• Handling customer queries and approvals for Indian and International projects
• Design collaboration and reviews with technical experts in parent company at Europe

o 10+ years of experience in mechanical design of Hydro Turbines using 3D CAD software (NX and TeamCenter preferable) o Sound knowledge of mechanical engineering design concepts o Understanding of materials and manufacturing processes involved o Experience of technical trouble shooting o Proactive, avid learner, team player, good communication ability
