Job Description
1. Participating in Project Kick Off Meeting (Internal & external).
2. Input consolidation & Reading customer specifications.
3. Scheduling, Planning, delegation & Monitoring Project Progress.
4. Preliminary 3D Model & concept drawing Creation.
5. GA / Assembly / Foundation/detail drawings, BOM creation, review & release.
6. Detailed 3-D model Create, review & guiding subordinates.
7. Preparation Data sheets & Specification.
8. Preparation of Installation, operation & maintenance (IOM) manual.
9. Participation in ISO Audit & ensuring implementation of defined process.
10. Conducting Design Review Meeting (DRM)
11. Create Bill of materials/Item codes in ERP system. Guiding team.
12. Clarification of customer’s query
13. Close NCR with CAPA & Why-Why analysis, raised on Design.
14. Ensuring completion of project from Engineering point of view in all respects.
15. Concurrence with other departments for issue resolution.

. Design expertise of Gas Turbine – Air Intake system used in power plants. . Expertise in Autodesk Inventor D Modeling & Drafting, AutoCAD, Structure detailing. . Knowledge of steel structure design (Indian & International Codes, EN )
