• Fund flow and wheat planning
• Banking Operation - Coordination with bank for all Financial activities
• Margin report & Costing of Products, Accounting reconciliation
• Approval of all types of Vouchers & Cheques and verification of all accounts
• Internal Audit & Statutory Audit
• Monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports to the management for
review.
• Statutory Compliances/income Tax /GST and other compliance
• Dealing with Govt Department for Compliance
• Costing and Business Plan
• Preparation of Balance Sheet
• Reconciliation Of 26as, GST Credit & Liabilities on Quarterly Basic.
• Debtors & Creditors Reconciliation on Monthly Basic
• Booking all the expenses monthly on provisional basic.
• Follow up of pending Purchase/Expense invoices.
• Deposit of TDS, GST, PF/ESI on Timely Basic
• Filing stock report with banks monthly on time.
• Response to every mail timely
