Job Description

Execute monthly global governance reviews, track issues and actions, circulate minutes, agenda etc.
Provide project updates and reports via Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and any other tracking systems as required.
Provide high quality governance and analytical support to the Global Governance Lead
Proactively develop and deliver analysis, management information and reporting to support and drive decision making at all levels of governance
Liaise with transformation leads and transition managers to administer cost and savings tracking
transition and transformation projects globally
Create visibility for transformation leads and company management team with the up-to-date project financial position and forecasts
Ensure timely, accurate collection of information from the transformation team and others to update project financial records, project plans; maintain document control
Support, monitor and report external consultant contracting and spend
Run the Annual Global Customer Survey Program of company involving ~700 stakeholders from >20 countries
Support administration and governance of company transformation and Governance SharePoint portal
Support other areas of transformation governance as and when required

Desired Candidate Profile

Strong background in shared services, project management, service management and governance
Experience with service performance & reporting/analytics, including metrics, performance reporting
Ability to apply insights on service management to evaluate organization performance and provide opportunities for improvement
Strong Background in Project Financial Reporting, Cost Management, Contract Management
Experience in governing portfolios of complex transformation programs
Expert in analyzing complex financial business cases and in managing vendor relationships and contracts
+ years in a corporate Project & Financial Management (outsourcing / offshoring service industry preferred)
Previous experience in a similar PMO role within financial services will be beneficial
Experience leading projects or working as part of a project team, and ability to work in a global environment
Ability to drive discussion with project leads and other senior members of the organization to establish clarity on requirements and deliverables
Quick to identify and communicate risks and develop mitigation plans
Ability to operate across multiple programs, business areas, and portfolios
