Detailed Job Description of Deputy General Manager – Contract Management

Set up & expand the delivery organization cutting across company centers, Agri Value Chains & B2B business working closely with center leadership teams
Hire top talent to drive best-in-class performance
Lead the delivery for processes such as contract creation/amendment SAP, contract long form / addendum issuance, contract maintenance, contract template and master data maintenance etc.
Ensure signing of contracts by the concerned parties where required
Perform daily / monthly review / reconciliations of open contracts in SAP with brokers statements
Review & follow-up with Business to close open items for previous day trades
Support the trade and sales team to in contract related query/issue resolution
Ensure best in class service delivery for the Contract Management processes
Work towards creation of a global CoE for contract management that would cut across Agri value chain and company businesses
Support global CLM (contract lifecycle management) tool roll out for Global Trade Execution processes
Collaborate and engage with company leaders to ensure that service performance & reporting programs are aligned with functional and shared services short-term strategic initiatives and plans
Define performance targets for the team and drive achievement of the same through various initiatives
Work closely with Sustainable Excellence Teams to drive ongoing improvement opportunities
Provide visibility to areas of risks, inter-dependencies of or conflicts with other business units and regional efforts, and recommend and/or implement solutions to address any issues / risks

Desired Candidate Profile

12+ years of work experience in a similar role preferably in Agribusiness / Commodity trading industry
Experience in supporting large scale global transformation initiatives is a key
Proven track record of building & managing teams of 50+ FTEs across all three shifts
Minimum Education Qualification – CA / MBA
Additional experience with Project Management / Lean / Six Sigma / PMO certification will be a plus
