Managing a sales team, monitored productivity and analyzed performance of team
• Improved distribution network, ensured visibility at all provision Stores & departmental stores & penetrated even in
remote rural area.
• Manage the sale & collection and ensure the promotional activities are implemented effectively
• Preparing CSA/SS wise, RDS wise sales volume report on daily bases (Sale target vs achievement, Collection vs
achievement & outstanding.
• Handling sales responsibilities of primary and secondary for the pre sell towns.
• Tracking secondary sales trend RDS wise on daily bases.
• Monitor the team?s progress identify shortcomings & propose improvements.
• Maintain Input/Secondary scheme & claims settlement on monthly/Half yearly basis & opened new RDS
