1. Responsible for the end to end business requirements (Solutioning) – requirement
gathering, translate into Functional specifications.
2. Engage with business to gather requirements, workshops, features listing, Prioritizing,
negotiation of scope and priorities with business.
3. Define Project sequence, scope and deliverables as the Business Analyst.
4. Lead for business UAT, organize the business UAT test scenarios, triage business test
defects.
5. Functional/technical leader of large, complex global projects. Accountabilities across
multiple functional and technical areas with a wide range of complexity.
6. Manages scope & deliverables of strategic projects to ensure a successful outcome that is
aligned to business, IT, and domain priorities.
7. Drives implementation of master data solutions on time and without affecting or impacting
business processes.
8. Builds relationships with internal and external service providers and support teams to
ensure effective project delivery.
9. Actively guides and inspires project teams (Business, IT Services, and Delivery Partner) so
that they understand the vision and deliverables for the project.
10. Works directly with business, IT resources to align on requirements and
solutions.
11. Maintains in-depth understanding of processes and capability needs for master data.
12. Creating and maintaining data policies; significant contribution to strategic direction on
governing master data.
13. Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address
business needs and address them appropriately in a timely manner.
14. Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across
organization; full awareness of industry trends related to master data around both ‘Customer
and Supplier’.
• Minimum 13-15 years of professional data management experience playing the role of
functional lead / functional architect/data architect in global master data domain
independently.
• MUST have Minimum 8 to 10 years of providing business solution and working experience in
SAP MDG/MDM, Informatica/Collibra/Erwin
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience working and leading in Data Quality and governance
• Strong experience in working directly with business clients driving requirements workshop,
finalization and prioritization of requirements and requirements negotiations with the business
stakeholder’s expectation management
• Experience in translating business requirements into functional (information/data) design,
establishing data models and preferably converting functional design to technical design
• Have a good understanding of the Data Life Cycle Management
• Strong experience in working closely with SAP ECC/Hana data structures and interface
• Experience with FMCG / CPG (Consumer Products Group) organizations is preferable
• Strong leadership and service delivery skills.
• Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing project teams in offsite and remote
locations.
• Able to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones
