Roles & Responsibilities:-

Back End Operations:
Consolidating reports of day to day sales activities.
Coordination with factory manager, sales & logistics team, on new enquiries, order dispatches on a daily basis, generating sales enquiries, sending quotations, preparing performa invoice.
Sending Order Acceptance to customers.
Coordination with customer and factory for pre and post dispatch formalities.
Coordinating for tender related documentation.
Preparing MIS Reports.
Expertise in Customer Relationship Management.
