• Materials Planning and arrangement as per the requirement from sales
• Daily basis analysis and controlling the requirements
• Negotiation with the supplier for arrangement of the materials and dispatch schedule
• Investigates and solves problems resulting from material shortages, however caused
• Maintains optimum inventory levels to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements while minimizing carrying costs and freight charges
• Knowledge of the import process for materials and equipment
• Develops establishes and provides for the maintenance of reporting systems that relate to the materials function.
