Assisting the Chairman with his schedule, meeting requests, reminders, maintaining and storing files, making travel arrangements.Report to the Chairman and perform secretarial and administrative duties.Travel with the Chairman as per requirements and acting as a POC for coordination with other departments, external stakeholders’ communication. Managing Chairman’s office supplies and replacements. Carry out a range of administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, sending faxes.Plan and implement hospitality arrangements for the Chairman, including provision of hospitality for visitors.Providing personal assistance to the Chairman by taking care of his basic needs, such as, medicines, food, clothes, and his general wellbeing etc.
