1. Overall supervision to sustain and increase current sale of Genuine Parts
through team effort from all over India based Auto manufacturers, like Maruti Suzuki India , Honda Car India , Honda Motor India ( 2 W& 4 W), Suzuki Motorcycles, Hero Motocorp, India Yamaha and Tata Cummins, Renault Nissan for their Auto Aftermarket requirements.
2. Identify & Develop new products as Genuine Parts in for existing manufactures and develop business with new manufacturers as Hyundai
Motors India (included with KIA Motors India), Tata Motors, Bajaj & Mahindra in 2 wheeler and 4 wheelers, commercial vehicle or any maintenance related segment.
3. Monitoring & development of Sales promotional tools like posters/ brochures/catalogues etc and incentives schemes as and when required for customer awareness.
4. Compilation of management information data as desired by management
for overseas & internal reports.
6. Inter department coordination for smooth sales and new developments of products.
7. Coordination with Japanese staff for getting information for new Genuine Parts development with overseas auto manufacturers and development in group companies.
8. Training of existing/new aftermarket staff of trial & demo of new & existing Genuine Parts products at manufacturers. Upgrading sales strategy, management skills and knowledge of staff through daily activity.
