1. Coordinate the pre-press production process from manuscript transmittal through final deliverable (Print and Digital), ensuring quality communication and collaboration with supplier and cross-functional partners
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
3. Assist in the definition of both print and digital project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
4. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
5. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
6. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
7. Perform risk management to minimize project risks
8. Report and escalate to stakeholders as needed
9. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
10. Manage the relationship with the supplier and all stakeholders
11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/suppliers/freelancer
Graduate with 4-5 years of relevant experience in Print and Digital products. Good Communication skills, Proven experience in Project Management.
