Recruitment Process is one of the major parts of HR Process. This process includes job posting, screening the right candidate, interviewing, offering, hiring. In recruitment section each particular step is extremely crucial and important. The job posting which is done from the employer end must be enough descriptive and proper so that the right candidate may apply, the main motif must be to get the best out of the lot. Interviewing process is conducted in two to three rounds which include the HR round, technical round and negotiation round. The offer generating is done on the basis of company terms and grids, on the candidate’s experience and previous experience and of course according to the market demand. The hiring process includes the offer acceptance, reference check and joining or onboarding process.
