No regular employee shall be paid less than the minimum wage.

Regular employees shall be paid minimum wages as applicable in each state.

It is the responsibility of the HRM Heads to have Up-to-date information of the minimum wage applicable to the employees working under their units.

The impact of minimum wages changes to be incorporated during Appraisal and increment.
