Mass recruitment : Hiring a massive number of employees during recruitment process
Its important for Recruitment team to have justified needs and demands for such bulk hiring. Mostly mass recruitment occurs when expanding business(adding departments etc) or doing a fresh start .
Quality compromise is usually not at all entertained or recommended.

Mass Recruitment can be defined as hiring a lot of candidates for consequential business growth. For hiring, companies mainly come to colleges and selects the students or applicants based on their skills. In the Mass Recruitment, companies tend to hire a lot so they tried to complete the process with one or two rounds. So chances of selection increase a lot.

Mass recruitment is when a company hires much greater number of employees than the other companies in the recruitment process. Mass recruitment often happens in such industries as technology, construction, manufacturing, hospitality, oil and gas, etc when starting new projects. Another case is the need to expand business for fast-growing companies. A large scale recruiting event doesn't necessarily mean sacrificing quality of hire. It's crucial for the recruitment team to define exactly the needs and demands of the bulk hiring campaign to draw a suitable plan.

Mass recruitment or High volume hiring or bulk hiring is hiring the bunch of peoples for a specific company or company specific work or project. Commonly it was seen that generally, mass hiring process happens in the company for entry level position, or for the positions of 1-3 yr experience. The primary motive of mass recruitment is to hiring more number of Right peoples with quality talent at right place on right time
